June 17, 2006 Womens Fit Festival 5K 3.11 Miles/5K 43:16/13:54 Sacramento Capital (West Steps) Great! No Excuses wasn’t a fluke, then!
August 12, 2006 Susan B. Anthony 3.11 Miles/5K 40:02/12:52 Carl Sandburg Park New PR!!! Awesome!!  Blew away all of my own goals.
November 23, 2006 Run to Feed the Hungry 3.11 Miles/5K 43:33/14:00 California State University, Sacramento Eh, not so hot.

Striving for:

45 or under, but I’ll be happy with anything under 49 minutes.

June 21, 2008 - Shriner’s (Possibly do the 8K portion).
July 4, 2008 - Some sort of Independence Run

August 22, 2008 - Race for the Arts (Depending on Weather - this one is in the evening)
October 5, 2008 - Cowtown 5K portion
October 26, 2008 - Four Bridges Half
November 2, 2008 - Apple Hill 8.5/3.5 Milers
November 27, 2008 - Run to Feed the Hungry - 10K Portion

Running Goals:

Recomplete the C25K Program.
Determine at least three 5Ks to complete this year.
Run a 5K under 40 minutes.
Run a 5K under 36 minutes.
Complete training for a 10K.
Find one 10K to complete this year.
Complete training for a half-marathon.
Complete the Four Bridges Marathon.
Train for a Marathon (2009)
California International Marathon (December 2009)
