Week 3, Day 2 last night.  It was a lot easier than Monday, but the numbers don’t seem to reflect that.  (Or maybe they do?  A lot easier = I didn’t try very hard, so was slower??  Mmmm perhaps.)

Total Time:  37:13
Total Distance:  2.10 mi.
Total Pace:  17:45

Training Time:  35:12
Training Distance:  2 mi.
Training Pace:  17:36

So, MB and I are trying to decide if we’re going to run in the morning, before we go out of town, or if we’re going to try to commit to doing it during our Girls’ Weekend away.  We’re already planning to take lots of walks, since we’ll be sitting on our butts a lot and be tempted by lots of yummy food.

We’re also planning to take lots of healthy snacks, so hopefully the yummy food won’t be too tempting.

And because we’re leaving tomorrow morning and will be gone on Saturday, which is now my official weigh-in day, I think I am going to pop into the WW meeting tonight (my old official weigh-in day) to get weighed.  It depends on what My Home Scale says when I get home this afternoon.  I had a little bit of a loss today, but I’m also in my maintenance/gain week (I think, still tracking this) and so we’ll just have to see where things sit this afternoon. 

It will be neat to go tonight, however, because it was my old weigh-in day.  It will be interesting to see if anyone is left from my old meeting.
