Ugh. Week 6, Day 2. That was hard.
I guess I know why. Tonight’s numbers:

Total Distance: 2.58
Total Pace: 16:25
Training Time: 36:50
Training Distance: 2.02
Training Pace: 15:32
My butt hurts. I remember when I was running in 2006 and I started venturing outside. I remember realizing that I didn’t know how hilly Folsom really is.
Good for the butt, but it HURTS.
