Daring to Move Again

Week 3, Day 3 is DOWN!  We cut it short and just did the running portion because we’re leaving on our Girls’ Weekend and we wanted to get back to the house to shower up, pack up the car and go go go!  So, MB is now showering and I’m waiting patiently to get back in the bathroom with her so that I can throw on some make-up and we can take off.

A quick pitstop by Target to pick up some matching slippers (we do plan to be completely obnoxious this weekend - we have matching pajamas too) and a chai for my breakfast and then we’re out of here man.

So, our numbers:

And those aren’t quite accurate because the Garmin did shut off at some point.  Poo.  But, oh well, today I just can’t muster up the energy to care.  I’m so out of here.

It’s not just MB and I, but also my mom and one of the Dance Moms.  I’m really looking forward to a weekend of hanging with the girls and gabbing away.  I know I get a lot of breaks here and there, but there are some things that have been stressing me out lately - probably more than they should - and a weekend away from it all for me to just get some space will probably do me a ton of good.

We’ve been good girls too and have really packed a ton of healthy stuff to counteract all of the sweets and high cal stuff that will be abundant at the hotel where we’re staying.  I am hoping that the weekend away doesn’t throw me off too much.  I’ve got kind of a good little roll going right now and am confident that I can get through this weekend without taking myself off track too much.  Here’s hoping.
