Well, I’m pretty proud of us. We had a hell of a weekend (and it’s only Saturday) and we still finished off Week 4 tonight.
9:15 at night, 51 degrees outside, and we went out for a nice run. It was pretty nice. We both really needed it.

I used the New Running mix tonight. It was a little better.
Of course, MB said she could have used the Godsmack tonight, as she was having her Grudge Run.
